SFX: Area Attack. Target multiple opponents. For every additional target, add d6 to your doom pool and keep +1 effect die.
SFX: Drown. Add d6 to your dice pool for an attack action and step back the highest die in your pool by -1. Step up physical stress inflicted or complications created by +1.

Limit: Dried Up. Shutdown all Liquid Body powers vs de-hyrating attacks and step up or add d6 to the Doom Pool. Activate an opportunity to recover.
Limit: Mob Cohesion. Defeat Solo dice (with d10 stress) to reduce mob.

Bio:

Morrie Bench gained his powers after being knocked overboard while the ship he crewed on experimented with a powerful new, and radioactive, generator. Since then he has been nothing more than a criminal and a thug-for-hire. He has worked with the Sinister Syndicate, the Frightful Four, and the Masters of Evil.

Hydro-Man attacked the Raft in the form of a tidal wave, knocking out the power and the central control tower. He then attacked Songbird and Taskmaster, showcasing a new ability to split himself into multiple copies. Songbird and Taskmaster defeated Hydro-Man but he was not apprehended. His current whereabouts are unknown.
